FREE SHIPPING

If qualifying items within your order total $49 or more, your order ships FREE! Orders must be shipped within the 48 States and will be sent with UPS Ground. AK/HI, US Territories, VI/PR, APO/FPO, and all other international countries are not included. Please be sure to provide a physical street address, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Order subtotal from $1 – $48.99 = $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping 5 – 7 Business Days.
Order subtotal from $49+ (after all/any discounts) = Free Shipping 7-14 business Days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer UPS Worldwide Shipping and UPS Express Worldwide Shipping. Please choose the country you’d like the order shipped to from the Country drop down menu. Local international taxes and resulting customs fees are not included in purchase or shipping price and will be responsibility of the buyer.

Countries have different tariffs, taxes, and requirements for incoming shipments so your order may be charged import fees, duties, or taxes. These fees are not included in the final price as they are charged upon delivery.

Please note that the customer is responsible for these charges in order to receive the package. In the event of non-payment, Balsa Circle, LLC. is not responsible for delayed delivery or return shipping if order is refused shipment due to unpaid fees.

We recommend that you check with you local customs office before placing an order for more up to date information regarding these fees.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer local pick up at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience! Please review shipping times for delivery information.

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed at 12 P.M. noon PST. Orders placed with flat rate or free shipping will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping is typically 5-7 business days. ONLY orders placed with express/expedited shipping (UPS Ground 5 Business Days, 3 Business Days, 2 Business Days, and Next Day Air) are processed for shipping same day as long as they are placed/paid for BEFORE 12 P.M. NOON PST. Orders placed after 12 P.M. noon PST will move for processing to the next business day.

Saturday delivery is not available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Time in transit will depend on the chosen shipping method. Standard shipping is typically 5-7 business days. We recommend leaving plenty of time for delivery and for items to reach your event, especially for larger orders. 

**HANDMADE ITEMS
Please keep in mind that most handmade and custom orders require at lease 1-3 business days to make before shipping.

EXCHANGES

Changed your mind about size/color/item? Please return it back to us for an exchange for another size/color/item if still in original/sealed condition. First, please place a new order for the items you want. Then please return the items you want to exchange for a full refund of merchandise returned minus actual shipping of original shipment to you. Please do include both the order # of the original & new order number in documentation along with your return. We will take exchanges up to 60 days from date your order was delivered. Shipping costs both ways are not refundable.

RETURNS


Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 60 days in the original packaging and original new condition. Used/unsealed items will not be accepted. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please send us an email at service@starlinkapple.com with any questions you may have. Buyers will be responsible for shipping back to us for refunds. Shipping costs both ways are not refundable.

***All merchandise returned that is opened or not in original packaging will be discarded. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for such merchandise.***

To return your order: Please email us at service@starlinkapple.com with your order number, the items you’ll be returning, and your return tracking number. A tracking number is required for all returns, otherwise we can not submit the refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued within 24 – 48 hrs. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Your refund will be applied to the original card/bank used to purchase the items.
